Kathleen Rogers

For over a decade Kathleen Rogers has been exploring the frontiers of new technology, art and scientific consciousness research through virtual reality and conceptual multimedia installations. Based in London, she participates regularly in international electronic art symposia and conferences. Her work frequently involves ideas from a wide range of disciplines, from archaeobotany to psychic channeling. Throughout her work can be found a deep fascination with the relationships between people, places and the natural world.

Among other projects, Kathleen Rogers has studied Mayan viper mythology and snake handlers, the consciousness of ancient maize DNA, and the memory of water. As an environmental artist, her work attempts to link the ideas, myths and science underlying the interconnected nature of life.
